Smoke Alarms
Code and Maintenance Requirements
Smoke Alarms are required to be maintained in operable condition at all times. Additionally, they are required to be inspected annually with a report produced in accordance with ULC-S552 standards. Please contact our office for more information on the maintenance requirements of your specific equipment.
Our Certification
Pyrene Fire Security Manitoba employs only CFAA registered technicians, and insists all personnel obtain their Provincial Specialized Limited Electrical License. Factory-direct technical support round out our service personnel capabilities. We have multiple smoke alarm service personnel ready to respond to your service request 24 hours a day.
Installation
Even though we service all makes and models, Pyrene Fire Security Manitoba is proud to be an authorized distributor for Kidde, one of North America's largest smoke alarm manufacturers. We are pleased to work with electrical contractors on the supply of new smoke alarms, or with building owners/managers on the replacement of existing smoke alarms.
