Sprinkler Systems

Code and Maintenance Requirements

Wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and all other types of sprinkler systems should be maintained in operable condition at all times.  They are required to be inspected weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually with a report produced in accordance with NFPA-25 standards.  Additionally, further exploratory investigations are required every 5 years and parts replaced at other frequencies. Please contact our office for more information on the maintenance requirements of your specific equipment.
