Sprinkler Systems
Code and Maintenance Requirements
Wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and all other types of sprinkler systems should always be maintained in operable condition. They must be inspected weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, with a report produced per NFPA-25 standards. Additionally, further exploratory investigations are required every five years, and parts are replaced at other frequencies. Don't hesitate to contact our office for more information on the maintenance requirements of your specific equipment.
